Abstract
I studied through five year's data on the present aspect for return to community after discharge of spinal cord injuried, especially quadriplegic patients. The total number investigated amounted to 288 patients.
I pointed out the importance of community care with the trouble home care and occupation, finally emphasized the establishment of comprehensive system from primary care to return to community.
