64 year-old woman presented multiple round tumor-like shadows in the both lung fields. Despite of various examinations, diagnosis was not obtained before her death. Necropsy revealed fibroplastic pleomorphic sarcoma which was originated from the pulmonary artery valve. As to sarcomas originated from the pulmonary artery (including valve), this is the second case reported in Japan.
