Abstract
A 19 year old female was admitted to our hospital with fever of unknown origin and subcutaneous nodules. Chest X-ray films showed a marked increase in the size of right hilar shadows. By needle biopsy of the subcutaneous nodules, Weber-Christian Disease was diagnosed. In the course of admission, chest X-ray films showed pleural effusion and pulmonary atelectasis and the case was complicated by an aneurysm. Disappearance of the subcutaneous nodule was shown on X-ray.
