Abstract

In the group management of radioisotopes, it is necessary to control the total quantity of multiple nuclides belonging to the group. Since the existing radioisotope management system, that only manages the use of individual nuclides, cannot handle this, we created a new dedicated system using spreadsheet software to supplement this shortage. Using this system, it is possible to quickly confirm that the cumulative usage quantity for each group does not exceed the maximum usage quantity limit for one day, one week, and a quarter year. There exist advantages of reducing the human and material costs spent on the radiation safety management using this system.
