Abstract
Among the various evalution methods of definition of the image photographed by X-ray intensifying screen, the observation of the image of parallel fine line pattern is practically a simple method and most easy for the mutual comparison on screens' definition. Density curves of the radiographic images of parallel fine line pattern were obtained by means of microphotometer, and they were compared with density curves of images of lead plate's rectangular edge. Former curves express well sensually the mutual difference of X-ray screen's definition. Radiographic image of fine line pattern is discussed for the determination of definition.
