Abstract

Recently, computers come into wide use in many fields. Medicine is no exception to this tendency. Since we started a computer use in the calculation of salary and calorie of diet in 1970,we have set about rationalization and mechanization of various daily works in our hospital, and have promoted the development of information system. As a part of this project, in the Division of Radiology, we have computerized nine radiological routine works, including making a list of exposure, management of X-ray films, calculation of personal exposure dose, management of radiophamacopeia, management of magnetic tapes for RI and CT. We have taken part in the medical information system, to promote saving manpower and time.
