In cardiovascular diagnosis, free selection of the X-ray direction (angled view or angled projection) is very useful to clear the endocardial structure and the movement of blood stream. Recently the vascular procedures system with multidirectional C or U-arm device is quite universal. This equipment allows the performance of angled techniques without changing the supine position of the patient. In our institute, all of the cardiac catheterization and the angiocardiography is performed by this system. In this paper we describe the outline of multidirectional cine-angiography with C-arm device and clinical or technical subjects for consideration.
