In this paper technical measurements were made of the cineangiocardiography and the real-time 2-dim. doppler imaging system in valvalar insufficiency. The results obtained suggest more and more infrequent application of the cineangiocardiography to valvular heart disease. However, the echocardiography and the doppler method also have various defects, and the cinecadiography remains important to such cases and/or diseases as cannot easily be detected by other kinds of examinations. Efforts must be made to obtain better diagnostic power through follow-up of images as well as picture processing.
