Abstract
A 73-year-old man was admitted to our hospital for examination of an X-ray abnormality. Chest computed tomography and coronary angiography showed a giant aneurysm and coronary-pulmonary artery fistula originating from the diagonal branch. The fistula was ligated, and the aneurysm was resected under extracorporeal circulation. The patient's postoperative course was uneventful.
