Many infertility patients who visit acupuncture clinics are unable to become pregnant no matter how many times they receive treatment at the hospital.Continuing acupuncture treatment can improve egg retrieval results and semen test results, sometimes leading to pregnancy, suggesting the possibility that acupuncture treatment can complement modern reproductive medicine.This symposium began with a reproductive medicine specialist explaining the current state and issues of the latest reproductive medicine, after which acupuncturists who actually incorporate acupuncture into their hospitals and those who work as counselors supporting infertility patients reported on the current state of team medical care. We hope that everyone will consider how acupuncture treatment can make the most of its unique features to contribute to the field of reproductive medicine in the future.
