On the Engineering Depart of Aircraft Factories in Europe and America.

Abstract

Most aircraft factories in Europe and America has very power-ful members and favourable system as the engineering depart under the chief engineer.
Engineering depart is differ in system or jobs according to a factory, but it is the same form that the engineering depart is power-ful under the main force of design engineers as a center of factory at the engineering point.
I explain here the systems and its jobs of engineering depart at some foreign factories, and hopes to be a reference of improvement or reform of engineering depart in Japanese aircraft factory.
