Abstract
As the field of lung transplantation surgery and the perioperative management of it have developed, the survival rate has improved. The biggest problem currently is shortage of lungs for transplantation. As a solution, lung transplantation from living donors and marginal donors has increased, and lung transplantation from non-heart-beating cadaveric donor began recently. As it is easy to develop complications such as ischemia-reperfusion lung injury with these patients, anesthesia and perioperative management are growing in importance even more.
