The Productivity of Female Physicians and the Future Social Systems for Them

Abstract

  The number of female physicians is increasing in Japan. But there is a gender inequity regarding family responsibilities. Social and family effort is required to grapple with gender inequality problems. We must make changes in the social organization of the field of medicine. Social systems only for female physicians are not needed now.
