Abstract
A pregnant woman with eclampsia and abruptio placentae underwent cesarean section under general anesthesia with O2-N2O-sevoflurane and vecuronium. For control of hypertension, continuous infusion of nitroglycerin before birth was applied following the administration of PGE1 after birth. Her serum magnesium level was increased, and action of vecuronium was prolonged.
