Abstract
We report herein on a rare case of stromal sarcoma of the breast with rhabdomyosarcomatous differentiation in a 8th decade female patient. Aspiration cytology with immunohistochemistry including myogenin and desmin showed the rhabdomyosarcomatous differentiation of this tumor. The whole body examination did not find any abnormality in any where else, other than the breast. From these findings, we considered this case to be primary stromal sarcoma of the breast with rhabdomyosarcomatous differentiation.
