Abstract
Geological phenomena are originally dynamic one, and history of the earth has been basically investigated and systematized from the dynamic point of view in the field of geology. However, only one side of static characteristics of beds, rocks and geological structures, getting from the geological study, has been take the attention of the civil engineerings.
In this paper, following three main themes are studied and the results and authors considerations are presented.
(1) How to extract the types of geological phenomena occured in the past obtained from the static geomorphological and geological informations which are recognizable in the present, and how to get them joined to predict of the disasters which may be occured in future.
(2) How to grasp the geological phenomena in progress at present, that is “movement” of surface of the earth which is very difficult to recognize.
(3) How to grasp the time informations concerned with occuring these phenomena.
