Abstract
There have been several reports on the complications of the novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)due to arterial thrombosis in the limb arteries, resulting in limb amputation. However, there are no reports on limb salvage. We report a case of foot necrosis due to acute limb ischemia associated with COVID-19. Although endovascular revascularization did not improve the blood flow, anticoagulation and hyperbaric oxygen therapy improved blood flow to the foot. In addition, we were able to save the limb and avoid amputation through the use of surgical treatment and negative-pressure wound therapy.
