Abstract
Glomangiopericytomas are rare perivascular tumors with low-grade malignant potential. Patients often undergo preoperative embolization of the highly vascularized glomangiopericytoma. We report a case of glomangiopericytoma en-bloc resected endoscopically without preoperative embolization. Considering our experience and past reports, we consider that endoscopic sinus surgery without preoperative embolization is indicated for cases which can be en-bloc resected, with access to the sphenopalatine foramen, limited to the nasal cavity and sinus, and without excessive bleeding after biopsy.
