Abstract
In case of putting a thin cloth upon a base cloth, we suppose that the overlapping color is changed according to the colors of the base cloth and the thin cloth placed over it. Upon this assumption, this paper analyzes the change of the overlapping color by performing both physical measuring color and subjective sensory evaluation for the two kinds of cloths which are different in texture. Moreover, clarify the correlation between them.
As a result, the following facts are revealed: the change of the overlapping color is most large, when we place a Yellow organdy over a base cloth. On the other hand, the change of the overlapping color is smallest, when we use a yellow cloth as a base cloth too.
