Abstract
Today, prepared frozen food deserves the public attention. The purpose of this research is to clarify the changes in Eating Quality after cooking the frozen food with microwave oven. In the Kansei evaluation experiment, four kinds of spring rolls are used. The evaluation terms are 20 Onomatopoeias and 10 usual terms. The results of principle component analysis indicated that Onomatopoeia had the variety of expression more than the usual term. Onomatopoeia has the availability as Kansei evaluation term.
