Abstract
Changes of the cutaneous micro-circulation and temperature by loading wind were studied such as the effect of the strength of the wind, the duration, the kinds of covering material, the areas of the body covered with them.
The results were as follows:
1. The duration by which the body was exposed to the wind has no difference of the duration, except to the case of not covering the total body.
2. The change of the blood stream was related significantly to the strength of wind.
3. The differences of the body's reaction to the wind have been observed by the area of the body covered with various kinds of material.
4. The relationships of the areas and durations of the wind to the change of the blood stream and body temperature were discussed.
