Abstract
近年，心臓サルコイドーシスの認識と画像診断技術の進歩により，心臓にのみに病変を持つ心臓限局性サルコイドーシス が存在すると考えられるようになった．2016年には世界初の心臓限局性サルコイドーシスの診断基準がわが国から提唱さ れ，疫学，臨床的特徴，予後についての研究が徐々に進んでいる．本稿ではこれまで明らかになった心臓限局性サルコイ ドーシスの知見について概説する．
