Abstract
サルコイドーシス(サ症)患者における臓器非特異的全身症状として,Fatigue Assessment Scale(FAS),Small Fiber Neuropathy Screening List(SFNSL)による評価を行い,ともに有意高値(各推奨カットオフ22以上,11以上)を示した症例を抽出し,その臨床像を検討した.サ症46例(男/女=22/24,年齢60±16歳)のうちFAS≧22かつSFNSL≧11該当群は15例(31%)で,これら該当群は残りの非該当群(31例)と比較し,罹患臓器数が有意に多く,厚労省重症度が有意に高く,SF-36健康関連QOLすべてのドメインが有意に低値であった.1年後再評価できた該当群13例についてFAS,SFNSLそれぞれ有意な変化は認めなかったが,うち4例はFAS≧22かつSFNSL≧11非該当となり,全身性ステロイド治療や鍼治療の影響が窺われた.
