Abstract
This paper presents the holographic interferometry which can measure the deformation of an object smaller than the former methods. This method modulates the holography fringes by tilting of illumination light, and demodulates by using a personal computer. The intensity of the modulated fringes is detected by a CCD (Charge Coupled Device), and analyzed by the computer. The deformed amounts of the object are stored in the memory of the computer, and are shown to the three dimentional display.
