Integrated Model for Design and Manufacturing Activity

Abstract

In previous report, a fundamental concept and formal description language to represent a process that is examined within design and manufacturing activity are proposed. Subjects of this report are to construct an integrated model that covers whole design and manufacturing process and to represent a cooperative activity. An event driven system and some updates are proposed. To represent the event driven system easily, an interface definition ability are introduced to a formal specification language. As an example, a design group activity model and demonstrate an advances in representation of concurrent activity and extension are constructed.
