Abstract
The effect of geometry, particularly, geometric frustration on electronic properties of itinerant electron magnets are discussed. As an example, the competition between intra- and inter-dimer interaction, and the characteristic lattice dynamics in Mo3Sb7 are briefly reviewed. A new possible and promising candidate of the metallic frustrated lattice, the stella quadrangula lattice, found in compounds with the η-carbide type structure, etc., is introduced.
