Abstract

The new armature produced in a simplified process have been developed. It has made a great contribution to high-speed and high-precision fuel injection, and have been installed as a solenoid valve part in diesel fuel injector for the 4th Generation Common Rail System. The manufacturing process was designed from the earlier stages of product design, what is called “Design-in”. The development concept is to make maximal use of sintering process feature.
