Abstract
The mixture of Y2O3, BaCO3 and CuO was ground by a vibration mill with allumina vessel. The products were calcined at 925°C for 2 days, and annealed at 500°C for several days. The effects of dry grinding on the samples were inferred from the variations of the strain (<ε I.2>1/2 ) and the lattice parameters (a, bc) determined by X-ray diffraction.
As the results, it has been clarified that the grinding for 100 minutes under above mentioned heating conditions gives the best conductor of these products.
