Abstract
Superconducting thick film of BPSCCO is formed on MgO substrate by gas deposition using fine powder of Oi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O(BPSCCO) having diameter less than 1μm. The pattern of the deposited film is linear, and the thickness of it can be controlled in the range of 5-200μm.
After heat treatment at 770°C for 10hr in air atmosphere, Tc(end) showed 105K and critical current density of 225A/cm2 are obtained at 77K in zero magnetic field.
The structure of the surface of thick film by X-ray diffraction pattern, and composition ratio of Ui and Pb in film, were reported.
Tape like BPSCCO thick film with width of 10mm was formed on substrate using similar method. Tape like thick film is expected to utilize as material of superconducting tape.
