Abstract
Until now there have been only 8 cases reported of duplication of the rectum and/or anal canal including our case (1 5/12 girl). We discussed the embryological etiology and clinical features of this disease. This disease is a very rare malformation which is very interesting etiologically. When we notice the clinical features of constipation and gluteal tumor in children, we should bear in mind this disease.
