A 10-year-old girl was referred to our hospital owing to intermittent lower abdominal pain and vomiting. Ultrasonography revealed an enteroenteric intussusception. Under a diagnosis of small intestinal intussusception, Single-Incision Laparoscopic Surgery (SILS) was performed. We intraoperatively confirmed the presence of enteroenteric intussusceptions and reduced the size of the intussuscepted bowel. Since we detected a tumor in the small intestine, a segment of the jejunum including the lesion was resected. The lesion was located 320 cm proximal to the ileocecal valve. The tumor was histopathologically diagnosed as myoepithelial hamartoma. Myoepithelial hamartoma is rare in children. We discuss cases of myoepithelial hamartoma on the basis of a literature review.
