Abstract
Tracheal diverticulum is relatively rare. We report a case of double tracheal diverticula. A 70 year-old female was admitted to our hospital complaining of bloody sputum. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy and tracheography revealed double tracheal diverticula. One diverticulum, measuring 1.2×1.2cm, was located at the right side of the membranous portion of the upper trachea, about 2cm below the vocal cord. The other, 1.0×0.8cm in diameter, was on the same side of the trachea about 1cm more below. We considered them to be aquired tracheal diverticula.
