Temporal change about media and quantification of the carbon dioxide fixation in the rooftop lawn

Abstract

We quantified carbon dioxide fixation in the rooftop lawn. There were no annual change about growth of turf grass, although media tended to increase and fixed 0.107 kg^-C/m²•yr. Water-holding capacity of media tended to increase, and it was considered that effect of the delay rainwater drainage is improved. From the weight of media tended to increase, we have to take account of weight temporal changes.
