Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to show the results of a Monte Carlo study on the solution in latent class analysis obtained by applying Gibson's method or Green's method to the data with random errors. In addition to this, it is suggested that the condition number of the Jacobian matrix obtained by regarding the manifest probabilities as functions of the latent parameters may be an indicator of the stability of the solution.
