Abstract
Prior to this research, it was clarified that sight distance and angular distance independently affect the apparent size of objects. This research proposes a reproducing image method to determine the size of objects. The method is based on the apparent size of objects that are located in symmetrical positions in relation to the viewing point. Specifically, the effects of sight distance and angular distance on the apparent size of an object are first clarified in general terms. Then, in order to understand the precise relationship, the sight distance and angular distance between the viewing point and the objects are varied.
