Abstract
The purpose of this Study is clarify the application of Social Work that intervenes to involuntary children and families in the Community. The subject of study is The Child and Family Support Center in TOKYO. The methods of research is focus group interviews conducted by the seven social workers of The Child and Family Support Center in TOKYO. The results are as follows. The Social Worker manages Outreach and Network. By this method, we can access, support their troubles, do empowerment, and change involuntary child and family. It is important to share that they changed in a network, in order to prevent failure of the cooperation. As an indicator of the evaluation, I was able to extract five large categories : Child Independence, Process of Agreement, Changing of Family, Network, Child Protection. Child Independence is the final purpose to support in the Community, it is important.
