Abstract

In this study, we performed a one-point instruction (20 minutes) using healthy measurements (30 minutes) and used the results for an online corporate health program and examined its efficacy. Employees of 11 establishments of a health insurance association voluntarily participated in this study (N = 294). We conducted a long-seat forward bending and a chair start test, and checked their back, shoulder, and neck. The healthy measurements performed inventory survey in a program (N = 234). The analysis confirmed the use of the online program, evaluated the change of the consciousness before and after the program, and the enforced the program. As a result, we enabled participation of employees via a meeting for those who were unable to participate online, and evaluated the one-point instruction. We found that continuation and overall satisfaction with the whole program was high. The improvement of health conscious and the awareness of one’s body was the aim of this program, but the effect that was approximately equivalent to the time when we performed it was found in a meeting. Therefore, a meeting and an effect not to change were obtained online. It was confirmed that an online approach was possible for subjects who could not participate in the meeting.
