Simultaneous measurement method for electrical resistivity, Seebeck coefficient, and thermal diffusivity is proposed, which can achieve a measurement over a wide temperature range above room temperature. Thermocouple probes and sample stage for high temperature were developed, and combined with a measurement system which enable us to measure three thermoelectric properties in a single setup. The validity of developed measurement system was evaluated at room temperature using constantan slab as a reference material. In addition, measurements of temperature dependence of three thermoelectric properties were performed in the temperature range of room temperature to high temperatures of 820 K to 1173 K using four different materials: Ni, zirconia, SRM 3452 (B-doped Si80Ge20) of standard material for the Seebeck coefficient, and Li-doped NiO. The results showed high repeatability and good agreement with reference values.
