Abstract
Correlation analysis and factor analysis of serum V.A concentration and meat per-formance, especially in relation to meat weight and BMS (No) were made on 3 herds of fattening cattle under different dosing condition of vitamin A(V.A)(about 10, 000IU daily dosing district from 7 month, about 15, 000IU daily dosing district from 13 month and about 25, 000IU daily dosing district from 13 month after introduction). The corre-lation between serum V.A concentration and meat weight was γ=0.59 at 9 month andγ=0.68 at 18 month, which showed significant(P<0.05) positive correlation. Also, factor analysis of serum V.A concentration on BMS showed significant positive factor at 6 month with partial regression coefficient, PE=0.15(P<0.05) and significant negative factor at 15 month with PE=0.47(P<0.01). Factor analysis of serum V.A con-centration on meat weight showed significant positive factor at 6 month with PE=2.29(P<0.01).
