Dental treatment and maintenance for the serious disables are difficult. Science only the filling and the extraction of tooth are generally performed for them, they are to loose their teeth as they take some treatment. In many case, the missing teeth are not restored. Therefore the occlusal pressure on the remaining teeth is increased, and it occurs occlusal destruction, and finally end up in edentulous jaw. Dental implantation was of contraindication for the disables who could not do the plaque control. However they can maintain their oral condition by professional tooth cleaning and the helper's cooperation. This is a case of 4.5 years after implantation for a Down's-syndrome patient.
