Abstract

In hypertensives, whose microcirculation is generally poor, two methods are generally applied for treatment, namely antihypertensive agents, and other treatments, including exercise, diet and relaxation etc.. To maintain tissue good conditions, materials,O2 and CO2 should be transported. The microcirculation may be the primary site of these functions. The good condition of this system leads not only the tissue but also the entire body to better, and the quality of life will be improved. Evaluation of the microcirculations is considered to contribute to determination of the adequate antihypertensive agents and its optimal dose.
