Abstract
Epignathus, rare congenital tumor is generally known as an oropharyngeal mass, often resulting air way obstruction following birth. We present a case with epignathus combined with cleft palate; a female infant who was born in 37weeks of pregnancy by Casesarian operation and underwent an excision in her first day of life because of respiratory distress by the tumor.
