Abstract
In order to clarify the meaning of "consideration" in business emails, this study analyzed commentaries from five business books. The results revealed that the most important aspect to consider when composing business emails is "considering the feelings of others. " This consideration was also found to be reflected in various elements such as "manners and common sense in email," "knowledge of language," "writing the subject," and "writing the address."
