Although many cases of landslide disasters associated with large-scale earthquakes have been confirmed, a simple method for calculating the displacement amount of landslides receiving seismic acceleration has not been generalized. However, Kusumoto et al. (2021) have proposed a method of calculating landslide displacement in earthquakes. It involves a technique that treats landslide sliding as a combination of sliding power and resistance, and uses a technique to take into account seismic acceleration. As a result of calculating the displacement amount of landslides in multiple earthquakes using the method of Kusumoto et al. (2021), when the displacement state of the landslide mass is grasped from the observation by the equipment before the earthquake, it was possible to calculate the displacement amount roughly in agreement with the literature value by this technique, and it was confirmed that this method was effective as a simple seismic performance inspection method for landslides.
