Abstract

I described diabetic foot in view of wound healing. The etiology was divided into peripheral neuropathy, peripheral arterial disease, and infection. And I here proposed the classification as below. Type I: mainly composed of peripheral neuropathy, Type II: mainly composed of peripheral arterial disease, Type III: mainly composed of infection, Type IV: combined with all three.
