Abstract
Inter-professionally collaboration is clinically mandatory for CLI care. For achieving this, we should clarify the role of certified nurse team in order to provide effective care. Interview was subsequently done for member of CLI care team including plastic surgeon, cardiovascular internationalist, physiotherapist, and head nurse-about our team. We have examined the resource intervention evaluated by KJ method. 1) Lack of knowledge and assessment, 2) lack of communication, 3) utilization of information tool, 4) complexity of hard work, 5) lack of guidance for self-care were revealed as the clinical issue in this study. The problem is that the implementation of the resolution that not only the importance of the issue, perform preference as of considering the background of the team members and the environment is essential is suggested. Moreover, we consider the addition of medical literature study team, for team building.
