Lipophilicity was evaluated by the high-throughput RP-HPLC method. A set of 40 solutes with well-defined solvatochromic parameters were selected in this study. The chromatographic results show that, under the conditions of study, the lipophilicity index log kw was highly correlated with the experimental log Poct. J. Med.
