Abstract
Three expanded blastocysts were collected from the Japanese Black cow on the 7 day after insemination, and cryopreserved in LN2. One of the frozen-thawed embryos contained two cell masses in the zona pellucida. The embryo was transfered to the recipient cow, and twin calves (females: birth weight, 13.0 kg, 14.0 kg) were born on the 261 day after transfer.
