Abstract
A report on the change of the wind direction with the height, in which the observation with pilot-balloon tried by Mr. Sekine (pp. 17, Jan. 1923 this journal) is checked by author's own observation at Mizusawa. The author's result shows that the wind direction turns to west at a certain height, which is 500-600 meters in winter, and 1200-1300 meters in Summer.
