Abstract

We report large magnetoresitance (MR) ratios in dual spin-valves of α-Fe₂O₃/Co/Cu/Co/Cu/Co/α-Fe₂O₃ and α-Fe₂O₃/Co/Cu/Co/Cu/Co/IrMn. The MR ratios of the spin-valves are 27.8% for the former and 20.9% for the latter. The larger GMR in the α-Fe₂O₃ top spin-valve implies the evidence of the specular reflections at the Co/α-Fe₂O₃ interfaces.
